Adam Galindo and his sister Anabel took over the family business in 2002 when their parents retired after 25 years in the business. Together, Adam and Anabel have over 50+ years experience in the tortilla manufacturing business. Taco Loco is one of the largest food manufacturers within the State of Alaska.
